In Immokalee—a rural farm-working town where more than 42% of residents live in poverty and some families spend nearly 70% of their income on rent, with a dozen or more sharing a single trailer—the need for safe, stable housing is urgent. With the acquisition of a 50-acre site now complete, the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation moves Monarca closer to reality: a 179-home affordable community offering low-income families not just a place to live, but the wraparound services to help them thrive.
