Dustin Dent is an accomplished hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience leading luxury resorts and destination properties across the United States. As Area Managing Director for Saint John’s Resort and Inn at Stonecliffe, Dustin oversees the strategic and operational performance of mission-driven hospitality assets, aligning world-class guest experiences with meaningful philanthropic impact.

He currently leads Saint John’s Resort in Plymouth, Michigan. Home to the Cardinal Golf Course and host of the LIV Golf Michigan Team Championship, and The Inn at Stonecliffe on Mackinac Island. His scope includes financial performance, brand positioning, food and beverage strategy, capital projects, and culture-building across the portfolio.
