Kim Connelly serves as the Director of Humanitarian Hotel Events for the Pulte Family Charitable
Foundation, which directs one hundred percent of its net profits to charitable initiatives. In this role, she leads the event strategy that supports mission-centered events across the Humanitarian Hotel portfolio. Her work aligns hospitality excellence with philanthropic purpose, ensuring each initiative strengthens engagement and advances the Foundation’s charitable impact.

With twenty years of experience in event planning, marketing, and program development, Kim brings a seasoned, cross-sector background. After graduating from the University of Florida, she held leadership roles with the Cobb Convention Center in Atlanta, Cousins Properties, and the Diocese of Saint Augustine. In these positions, she spearheaded key initiatives, expanded programming, and built partnerships that enhanced visibility and community impact. Her portfolio includes charitable initiatives, high-profile conferences, donor events, marketing campaigns, business development programs, and large-scale hospitality functions.

A steady and strategic leader, Kim excels at guiding complex initiatives with clarity, collaboration, and calm precision. She partners closely with Foundation leadership, hotel teams, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to design events that elevate hospitality, strengthen relationships, and support long-term mission success.

Beyond her professional work, Kim channels her passion for connection and discovery into directing community theatre, traveling with her family, and volunteering with organizations that serve those in need. These experiences shape her cultural perspective and deepen her dedication to service.
