At Christmas, giving is part of our tradition—but here, it begins with our team. Last year, we set aside $50,000 of the hotel’s net profits for employees to nominate, vote on, and direct to eight local charities close to their hearts.

By putting the decision in their hands, we honored their voices and values, and celebrated the season in a way that connected their daily work to lasting change in the community.
