At Christmas, giving is part of our tradition—but here, it begins with our team. Last year, we set aside $50,000 of the hotel’s net profits for employees to nominate, vote on, and direct to eight local charities close to their hearts.
For our associates, it was more than a donation—it was a chance to share in the mission that makes Humanitarian Hotels unique. By putting the decision in their hands, we honored their voices and values, and celebrated the season in a way that connected their daily work to lasting change in the community.
